Our Targeted Consultation ran from Thursday 15^th June to Sunday 25^th September.

This consultation focused on an addition to the Order limit to include land around an established veteran tree, adding necessary flexibility to the existing cable corridor.

We have now received feedback from this targeted consultation and our first targeted consultation, which ran from Friday 14^th June 2024 to Sunday 28^th July 2024.

We are now considering the feedback you gave us during these phases of consultation, as well as the feedback during our second phase of consultation that ran between November 2023 and February 2024, to develop our proposals further. Additionally, we are continuing to engage with relevant groups and stakeholders and undertake environmental assessments ahead of submitting the DCO Application, anticipated for Winter 2024.

At our phase two consultation, we wanted to hear your comments and ideas on topics such as:

• Our updated proposals, including the site layout and cable routes.
• The information presented in our Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR).
• Our proposed environmental enhancement measures to deliver benefits, such as biodiversity net gain and new recreational connectivity across the site.
• Our proposed mitigation measures to minimise or avoid the potential impacts on the environment and local communities.
